Certified functional medicine health coach

Hi, I’m Kelli, a health coach with a lifelong passion for wellness and a deep understanding of how lifestyle choices shape our health. With a career in healthcare and years as an athlete, I’ve seen firsthand the power of movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and strong relationships in creating a thriving life. Over the past five years, I’ve honed my love for strength training, developed an appreciation for cardiovascular fitness, and discovered a true passion for cooking. I believe that healthy, whole foods should be both nourishing and delicious, and I love helping others find balance in their own health journey. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve energy, or simply feel your best, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

What makes me unique as a coach is my firsthand experience witnessing patients struggle with lifestyle changes. As a healthcare professional, I’ve done my best to support them within the limited time we have during appointments, but I’ve always known they needed more—someone in their corner to help them set realistic goals and stay accountable. That’s why I transitioned into coaching: to provide the guidance, support, and consistency that modern medicine often doesn’t allow for.

I truly believe that small, intentional adjustments in daily life can lead to profound improvements in how someone feels—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach goes beyond quick fixes; it’s about sustainable change, personalized strategies, and building a foundation for lasting well-being.
